I find Jane Bown's work truly brilliant and utterly inspirational. I'm so gutted I missed her recent London exhibition (only found out it was on!)

That's a beautiful image - gutted I missed the show too. Have you seen the mural of this image in Notting Hill http://oliviagrabowskiwest.photium.com/photo2005997.html I can't remember where it is exactly but you could go do your own homage.
